Most custom print orders are processed within 2-3 business days. High-volume orders or specialty finishes may require additional production time, which will be calculated at checkout.
Which file formats do you accept for artwork uploads?
We recommend uploading your designs in high-resolution PDF, JPEG, or PNG formats. For the best print quality, please ensure your files are set to 300 DPI and use the CMYK color mode.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary based on the destination and the weight of your order.
What is your return policy for personalized items?
Because custom-printed products are unique to your specifications, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or contains a printing error caused by our facility.
Can I request a physical proof before my full order is printed?
Yes, we offer physical proofing for a small additional fee. Alternatively, a free digital PDF proof is provided for every order to ensure layout and text accuracy before we go to press.
