At Staples Printing, we strive for perfection in every project, but if your order doesn't meet our quality standards, we offer a 30-day window for returns or reprints. Due to the custom nature of printed materials, we work closely with you to resolve any discrepancies quickly and professionally.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Claim
Log into your account and select the order in question to submit a return request or report a print defect within 30 days of delivery.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Upload clear photos of the damaged or incorrectly printed items so our quality assurance team can assess the issue.
- 3.Approval & Shipping
Once your claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the original items to our facility.
- 4.Resolution
Choose between a full refund to your original payment method or an expedited reprint of your order at no additional cost.
